Join us for an hour about traditional Finnish sauna. We introduce you to a historical, beautiful place (old lumberjack mansion) located at a lake in Finnish Lapland. Get to know about the different sauna types, how to cool down, the health aspects and the Dos and Don’ts. Have you ever heard about the sauna spirit (tonttu)?
